Great place for a stopover. Really big beds, pool bar was comfortable. The room was marvellous, had functional bathroom. Great lobby. Had no problem using their easy to access parking, the internet was excellent.
As for me, the area was horrible.

The staff was very competent, the restaurant was reasonably priced. The bathroom in our cool room was amazing. Balcony, coffee and terrace were provided for a really superb stay. Walking distance to the nice beach. Quick check-in and helpful customer service.

The staff was FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL, fab location, had a delicious breakfast. Panoramic views from the window. The pool was clean and I had strong drinks in the pool bar. The hotel was light, but I stayed for 1 night only.

The place was such perfect and pretty clean. Staff was very calm, I loved everyone. The breakfast had plenty of options and included cereal, hot chocolate, coffee, tea and toast. Welcoming service here. Furthermore, WiFi provided in the rooms was appreciated. It was the best of Bristol hotels I visited before

fabulous location and people to say the least. our triple room was equipped with a heating system, a writing desk and ironing facilities. the canal is near to the hotel. what's more, appreciated proximity to the lake, it was within 10 minutes walk.
